Fraunhofer IZI-BB develops and works on several concepts and technologies in the point-of-care area. In addition to developing new analytical and diagnostic methods, the institute offers its customers and partners the transfer of existing tests (e.g. ELISAs, DNA microarrays, etc.) into a suitable format. For example, an ivD-platform is available that can be adapted for different diagnostic tests depending on the problem at hand. In addition, we offer improved miniaturized test formats, complex multiplex point-of-care platforms, or novel binding molecules such as aptamers for classical ELISA assays.
