Flämingo Startup Hub

Health startups reimagining care in rural and connected environments can now apply for the equity-free Flämingo Accelerator.

The six-month hybrid program supports founders developing digital health, home diagnostics, connected care, prevention, and healthcare infrastructure solutions — particularly those navigating complex regulatory and market environments.

The Health Cluster is supported by Fraunhofer IZI-BB and Fraunhofer ZDD, offering startups access to deep tech expertise, scientific infrastructure, and regulatory know-how.

Participants benefit from:

• Tech & Science Access – Labs, testing environments, and scientific expertise
• Regulatory Guidance – Support in navigating the German healthcare system
• Market Access Strategy – Positioning, stakeholder mapping, and evidence generation
• Prototyping Infrastructure – Workshops, 3D printing, hardware & software support
