Assay and Biosensor Development

Biosensors are often an inexpensive solution when analytes have to be measured with high specificity and sensitivity in complex sample mixtures, e.g. with immunoassays. Clinical diagnostics and chemical analytics are increasingly requiring multi-parameter analyses, with miniaturized types of biosensors providing the basis for affordable and marketable solutions.

A flexible technology platform that makes it possible to perform parallel multi-parameter analyses can reduce development time through to the series product. There is the choice between optical or electrochemical detection.
