Aptamer Workshop

Key molecules in diagnostics and therapy

Discover the world of aptamers in our practice-orientated workshop! Led by Dr Marcus Menger and Prof Dr Günter Mayer, we offer a dynamic combination of theory and practical laboratory work.

Learn all about aptamers - Key molecules in drug development, diagnostics and analytics. As molecular recognition molecules, they can be used to detect small molecules and proteins, as well as whole cells, viruses and bacteria. This workshop is ideal for researchers and interested parties from academia and industry who want to learn about both the theoretical principles and practical applications of aptamers.
Take the opportunity to network and expand your knowledge!

The aptamer workshop is organised by the Fraunhofer IZI-BB in cooperation with CARD (Center of Aptamer Research and Development) and the Mayer-Lab of the University of Bonn. The workshop is offered approximately every 2 years in a one-week format at Fraunhofer IZI-BB.
